HOW to be discipline

you can be discipline when you fix a feasible and daily doable target in your life.

what I do

I have fixed a simple routine in my life i.e. doable

  • I generally get up around 04:00 to 04:30
  • but when it happens that ,I get up late due to night shift. I speak to my mind”PUT FIRST THING FIRST AND MY FIRST THING IS HEALTH”
  • GET FRESH THEN DRINK THREE GLASS OF LUKEWARM WATER
  • I HAVE FIXED MY running distance in my mind”let it be 2 km exactly, or some fix lap.
  • then 25 push-up daily ,which is quite doable
  • then reading 10 pages of any book.👍👍

hence I do exactly what i have planned in mind,not more nor less

this gives me a sense of accomplishment ,and i get inner motivation.
