Being proactive means being man and women of himself and herself. Being self reliant, taking own decision without influence and comparison with others.to have complete control over your emotions. To be guided by values and principles rather than emotions

1 To have control over impulsive and reactive veins

2 To carry own Sun shine means no one can control your mood

3 To practice individuality

TOOLS to BECOME A PROACTIVE MAN AND WOMEN
  • to give a gap between “STIMULUS AND RESPONSES “and use gap to recall what will be long term gain or consequences.
  • AND always work in your area of influences rather than area of concern . when you work very hard on your area of influence,area of influence will expand to overlap area of concern.

To strengthen your proactive muscles you need to practices it.

what I do

I practice it daily while shopping , at my work place, talking with people, at traffic jam

and write down to what extant I succeed and what i need to improve.
